How to make a complaint about a service

We just wanted to take this opportunity to explain how best to make a complaint.

If you have a complaint or a problem with a service, it is important that you complain.

Why: if you don't tell them they will not be able to make a change or improvement.

This could be a problem with your local health service or job centre - it is just important that you let them know.
